Banburee Resort & spa is centrally situated at Laem Set Beach, Samui Island, Suratthani Province.

***Cancellation policy:***

-May 01 - Jul 14 & Sep 16 - Dec 19: no later than 03 days prior to arrival.
-Jul 15 - Sep 15, 07: no later than 05 days prior to arrival.
-Dec 20 - Jan10, 07: no later than 10 days prior to arrival.
-Jan 11 - Apr 30: no later than 07 days prior to arrival.

If cancellation is received later than indicated above, the agent agrees to allow the hotel to charge the agent a cancellation fee of one night of the contract rate.

NO-Show policy:

Should the No-show be received within the cancellation policy period prior to arrival date the agent agrees to allow the hotel to charge the full amount of the total room charge for stay of the period booked.

Early check out:

In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee one (01) night from the total stay. To avoid the fee, advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in departure date.
