La Maison des Grands Bambous, a beautiful 200 year old Charentaise farmhouse, offers year round French Tourist Board Approved 3 Star luxury Chambres d'Hotes (guest rooms) and self-catering holiday accomodation.

In our Bed and Breakfast you can relax in tranquil surroundings, with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. 'Table d'Hote' dining using fruit and vegetables from the garden and local produce is also available. Please note that kitchen facilities are not available to those booking Bed and Breakfast.

We are within easy reach, BY CAR, of Cognac (20 mins), Saintes (35 mins), Angouleme (35 mins), Royan (50 mins), La Rochelle (70 mins), Poitiers (70 mins), Bordeaux (95 mins) where you can find beaches, golf, fishing, seafood, cognac, wine, pineau, the local speciality, and much more.
