Property description

The property, located near Montemarciano's historic center, roughly 20 Km far from ancona and very convenient to Ancona-Falconara Airport, is been obtained from the restructuring of an ancient mansion house, surrounded by an expansive park estended for some hectares, located in an opportune position from the logistic point of view, because of the Montemarciano's proximity with Ancona's seaport, Falconara's airport, the Ancona North's gate highway and very interesting touristic locations.

The structure can receive guests through conventions with organizations, sporty societies, associations, but also groups and families. The recent restructuring has allowed us to obtain 16 double and triple rooms with private bathroom, elevator, heating, a meeting room with television. In a separate room there is the restaurant that offers a simple kitchen with proposals for local specialities.
The access is facilitated to those with disabilities.
